Our story

There is something about a table full of people waiting for pizza.

The aroma arriving even before the plate is there. The sound of a crispy crust. Someone cutting before the oven door is closed. Children counting how many seconds it takes. Adults taking a break from looking at their phones.

That moment — that is why Nero exists.

We believe that food is more than nourishment. It is the reason people sit down at the table. It is the centerpiece of an evening you will remember for years to come. But then the food must be worth it — fresh, quick, made with your own hands, for the people you love.

The average pizza isn't like that. Produced in a factory, frozen, reheated. A traditional wood-fired oven comes closer, but it is large, slow, and difficult to control. There was something between those two extremes that didn't exist yet.

That is the Nero-14.

Developed in collaboration with experienced Italian pizza chefs, obsessively tested for temperature, stone, and speed — until we were certain the result was indistinguishable from a real Neapolitan pizzeria. 500°C in 15 minutes. A pizza in 90 seconds. Compact enough for your patio, your boat, your backyard.

Not because speed is the goal. But because the people at the table shouldn't have to wait.
