Return and Refund Policy:

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date on which you receive the goods, or on which a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement, provided by email.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the order, and you will not be charged for such a refund.

Conditions for returns:

To ensure that the goods are eligible for return, you must ensure that:

- The goods were purchased within the last 30 days
- The goods are in the original packaging, with an unused stone.

The following goods cannot be returned:

- The delivery of goods that are tailor-made or personalized.
- The delivery of a used and/or damaged pizza stone as part of the return shipment
- The delivery of goods that by their nature are not suitable for return, for example goods that deteriorate quickly or whose expiry date has passed.
- The delivery of goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and of which the seal has been broken after delivery.
- The delivery of goods that are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse returns that do not meet the above return conditions.

Returning goods:

You are responsible for the costs and risk of returning the goods to us. You must send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost goods during returns. That is why we recommend insured and trackable shipping. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery received.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher for the value of your return. Once the returned product has been received, you will receive a gift voucher.

If the goods are not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
